“The Riverside Arts Center is thrilled to be a recipient of the Left Coast Fund's generosity in making possible the installation of a solar array on our roof! The solar power generated by this system will not only reduce our carbon footprint, thereby greatly advancing one of our core values of sustainability, but will also reduce our monthly utility bills and thus allow us to redirect those funds to boost our support of the arts in Ypsilanti. A significant portion of our community lives at or below the poverty line, and these utility savings will help us bring the arts to those who need the most assistance with accessing them.
